IE not working with Ebay Toolbar Installed

Hi,

I have Vista Ultimate and IE7. When I install ebay toolbar.. Ie will not load unless I right click on the IE Desktop Icon and run as Administrator..

I have Administrator priviledges..

Any help would be greatly appreciated..
