windows defender problems

when boot up or try to run windows defender get message MSACui.exe - application error. application failed to inititate properly (0xc000007b)
was non issue until about one week ago. when I go to problem reports and solutions does not offer any solution. thanks

If U don't need windows defender try to shut it down from autorun: use win+R(run command) and type:msconfig

Being curious I've had similar issues with Windows Defender.
I wonder if there is an actual MS fix, versus disabling.
