| Help, Please, I bought an Inspiron 1501 from Dell. Got it 2 months ago. When using the internet, the screen will suddenly go blank and be filled with multi-colored vertical lines. It freezes. I have to turn-off the computer without going thru proper shut-down process. After I reboot, I get a message from Windows that reads as follows: *Problem Event Name: BlueScreen *OS Version: 6.0.500.2.0.0.768.2 *Locale ID: 1033 Additional Info: BC Code: 10000ea BCP1: 8AD6A5B0 BCP2: 0000000 BCP3: 0000000 BCP4: 0000000 OS Version: 6_0_6000 Service Pack: 0_0 Product: 768_! It then directs me to a problem solving page for updating ATI Graphics Drivers from Microsoft. I click on run update and it responds with all updates are current. My daughter bought the same computer, identical, when I did and she has NO problems. How do I solve this. It's frustrating...I'm no computer Wiz. John |
