Vista ghosting and licensing

I work for a IT company that RENTS computers. We use ghost to create our images to rent to our customers. Every time a cpu/laptop comes back from a client it is ghosted again. This is done to ensure that what ever the client install, changed, etc.. Is not on the cpu/laptop when it goes to the next client. With the new licensing of vista bussiness, I have been told we will have to reregesture Vista every time the cpu is imaged. Even if you have have bulk licenseing. And that there is a limit to that number, through MS or a KVM server. Remember I will not be ghosting just once! But hundreds of times to the same computer.
