Talking Microsoft Reader

Can someone tell me what is the difference between Microsoft Reader Desktop version and TabletPC version?

Also, if Microsoft had any brains, they would come up with a with a UMPC version of MSReader that has an application level screen rotation. Why muck around rotating the background, taskbar,... when most likely you are going to do is rotate only to read a book. You can already rotate things with Acrobat Reader, why not MSReader too.
