The AMD Bobcat

The AMD Bobcat is designed to compete against the Intel based UMPC processor, but will the processor compete with the VIA Technologies C7M (winner of the Computex Best Choice 2007 Awards)?
Regardless of which company produces the "best" processor, the end users are the winners because end users are hoping that the power consumption for all new processors are expected to be lower so that the UMPCs will have longer battery life.
