| OLPC One laptop per child I am trying to decide between buy1/give1 vs. buying a different small laptop for me and giving a contribution to OLPC. I need my minilaptop to be able to access the web amd I also need to be able to work on files in powerpoint and word generated on my desktop computer. Is it cumbersome to convert files back and forth between a conventional desktop and the OPLC laptop? If you email a file from the OLPC laptop to others, will they have trouble opening the file? Are there glitches when you try to use a USB stick to transfer? Can you use realplayer on the OLPC laptop? Can you access email of all sorts? Thanks      |
