I upgraded my Toshiba M305-S4910 laptop from Windows Vista to Windows 7.

I attempted to run the Toshiba upgrade assistant to uninstall the Toshiba software not compatible with Windows 7 and install the new software. However, it would not work as I had downloaded Windows 7 (no cd). So, I installed Windows 7 thinking I could uninstall the items and reinstall them manually after the upgrade. I now know that does not work.

So, is there any way to uninstall the incomparable Toshiba software and install the compatible ones. I tried using the control panel to uninstall the software but it will not work.

Also, is there a list somewhere of the incomparable software that the Upgrade Assistant would have uninstalled and the software that it would install after the upgrade?
