Hello how do i lt p-600

Hi

I have a fujitsu lt p-600 tablet and a blank drive. how do i put an operating system on this. The bios only recognises the hard drive and the a:

I have a pcmcia floppy but when i put windows boot disks in it doesnt seem to work.

Can anybody help
