Screen Orientation Changes By Itself

I have a Gatewaty M275, and since I have had it (about 2 1/2 years) the screen orientation and brightness changes by itself. The last time it did this (this morning), I wasn't even at the computer when it flipped on me. When it does this the tablet feature buttons stop working, and I must go into the settings to change the orientation back. I have sent it back to Gateway 3 times already to get the problem fixed, not to mention the hours I have have spent with tech support troubleshooting, but nothing seems to fix the problem.

Also, I had one tech once tell me some key-strokes I could use to change the orientation, and they worked when the tablet was acting up, but I forgot what they were...does anybody remember what they are???

I am ready to tell Gateway that I want a new tablet, but before I go through all of the hassle, if anybody out there knows what is going on, I would appreciate it if you could clue me in!

You might try the CTR-AlT-arrows to see if this works for you. Check the help and support files for finding other shortcuts that will work for you.

Hope this helps.

keyboard shortcuts???

I thought this was it, but it doesn't work. I also tried looking them up in the support files but there was nothing there for screen orientation :(
