I have a Fujitus Stylistic P-600 running Win 98. I just got this system and installed the OS and all of the Drivers on it. It seems to be working great with one exception the Pen will not double tap. When I try I get it to work maybe once out of every 15 times. Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this. Thanks.

I might be on the wrong track, but I have just installed win98 on a Fujitsu Point 1600 and initially had the same problem. In my case an adjustment in the size of the area that the pen service considers to be the "same location" had to be increased. When I double tapped the second tap was inevitably some pixels off from the first and it therefore considered it to be "move mouse to new position".
Once I adjusted the size of the area my double tapping has been much easier.
