Unhappy Objects in OneNote Follows My Pen

Hello. Has anyone run into this issue?...
When ever I write or create objects in OneNote in my TabletPC and then go to another location to write again, the object/s at times follows my pen. It's bothersome because I then have to place everything back. Can anyone suggest a cure?

No other apps are running in the background. In one tablet, I have 512MB of RAM. And in another, I have 1Gig of RAM.

Please help.

Thanks.
