I've a Toshiba M200 tablet, XP2005 SP2. When I open TIP sometimes, its almost as if it has to warm up before it will let me start writing, taking up to 5 seconds before it will allow me to draw any letters at all. What is worse though is when it lets me write and I select Insert, but it just loses the text. I don't know what it is, but a directory keeps being created on my desktop called Typespt . I get the feeling it is related to this.
