I'm here for the first time and I hope that sb could help me out for the following problem :
For a certain job to do, I must get Illustrator on my tabletPC, but I'm not really sure of having the job. - So I decided to install a 30-days free trial version before buying the soft but for the instant, the result is that each time I launch the soft, the computer is blocking. :helpsmili
I tried the same download to istall on W2000pro and it is perfectly running.
I already tried to repare by running the modifie/repare-feature of windows but it also fails after some seconds of normal progressing, saying sth. like "cannot handle too long file-name" - maybe this is the reason for startup-failure ?
What should I do ?
Is Ilustrator 10 running on TPC ?
The customer-service of Adobe tod me that the TPC-edition of XP is not meeting correctly the Adobe specifications ???

It runs fine for me. I use Illustrator on my Acer C301 and it's fine. I don't use it a lot, just have it handy for the occasional job that needs it.

I find it frustrating when trying to use in Tablet mode, since Illustrator requires so many modifier keys to use properly... can't really ctrl-click, alt-click of shift-click very effectively on a tablet. Same for Photoshop.
