| Fujitsu Point 1600 tablet PC I also recently purchased a Fujitsu Point 1600 tablet off E-bay with no operating system on the hard drive. After reading your posts and going to the Fujitsu website, I gather that the only way to enstall an OS on the drive is through the floppy port. Are you using the Fujitsu FMWFD2 floppy drive, or are there others that can be used? I wonder if you can buy an adapter cable and use your own drive? I tried removing the hard drive and installing a OS with a USB converter system, but had no luck. Could not seem to make the other system(windows-Xp) recognize the Fujitsu drive at the USB port. Have you had any luck with your tablet? |
