Dear tablet experts:

I have a toshiba portege which has been a great tool in my medical practice. I use it to generate patient notes. I ran a windows update and suddenly my onscreen keyboard won't float to the right position and it won't let me adjust it's size. I have the tablet version of xp running and microsoft office student (this websites suggestion). It is slowing up my charting to have this oversized misplaced kepboard gumming up the screen. I have read some of the postings but most of them seemed to be problems with handwriting input. It was working great until the update. Any suggestions.

I have a few questions for you.

Is this the portege 3500 or M200?
Is the update Service Pack 2 you are referencing?

Have you followed the suggestions of defraging the hard drive a few time, reinstalling the update, etc?

Also, do you have backups?
