Please help me!

I am setting up a Gateway M1300 and he doesnt want XP Tablet Edition though on it. We have a base image so i put that on there of XP Pro. I got it all setup with all the drivers and what not. The pen doesnt work. But it will start to work when i play ink ball. Also the input panel doesnt come up. Plus, i dont get the dashboard icon in the "notification area" (next to the clock). If you have anything for me please share. Ive been working on it for like 2 weeks now and its pissing me off.

Thanks,

Ross

Why do you not want Tablet Edition installed? It is not going to work correctly without it.

Its not me...It my boss...I work for WSDOT. And since we are moving to XP Pro and we have specific builds of our OS's then we have to meet the requirements...But I found out that it cant by talking to another guy in the agency.

Then today my boss informed me that he really doesnt need the pen and stuff so basically this thread is no good anymore...Plus i know i couldnt get it to work properly. If it was up to me then i would have kept it XP pro TE. But i do what the boss tells me to...
