I'm very sorry that you are having trouble with your Tablet PC. Before we get started helping you please make sure that you have followed all of the basic troubleshooting tricks. If you aren't handy with troubleshooting then don't
worry. We'll help.

Before Posting

(1) Keep plenty of notes. Write down the exact error message and what you have done to try to solve your problem.

(2) Isolate if this is a software problem.

Did you just install a new software program? Did you just update a program?

(3) Isolate if this is a hardware issue.

(4) Search this forum for a thread with the same topic. If the topic already exists then maybe the answer is already there for you.

Post the following information

Please make sure that you post your hardware and important software revisions. Include the exact error message and the steps you followed to correct the issue.

After Posting

Once a thread has started, please let us know when the issue is fixed and how you fixed it. This will help the next person. Once you know the issue is fixed we'd like to start closing the threads. This will avoid someone hijacking the thread with other questions and it will keep the board clean. Just send a PM to LPH, Lora, or LinuxMon and we'll close the thread.
