Unhappy CLED error

Hi, I tried to improve the speed of my Toshiba’s Satellite R25-S3503 by removing items fromthe startup items but in the end when I tried to eliminate all the promotional softwares, there was a problem with the finger print reader which mentioned that it was not detected, and there was also a CLED error , can anyone tell me what to do , even after undoing all by a normal startup, still the finger print reader does not seem to be detected, please help me guys

Re: CLED error

Start --> Run --> msconfig and disable programs. There may be bits of programs you thought were completely deleted that are still loading. Add one program at a time to the startup.

Let us know.
