Exclamation Problems with internal bluetooth module on m200..

I re formated my m200... i have an internal bluetooth module inside the computer... it worked prior to the re-format but now it's not working... i install the bluetooth monitor from the toshiba website... that works... so then i go off to install the bluetooth stack for windows by toshiba... during the installation it says "Please plug in the Bluetooth device and click the OK button."... when i click OK that error message will come up in another minute or two... however the bluetooth device (internal module) is already installed and it wont detect it i guess... there are no bluetooth devices listed in the device manager... i contacted toshiba's tech support, but as always they didnt help......

Help Please...

What were their suggestions?
Sometimes the order of installation is important. For example, the bluetooth stack would be installed prior to an update of SP2. Since you didn't say the OS - I am just grabbing at straws here. However, a couple threads suggest look in the device manager under unknown devices. Let us know some more details and we'll see if someone can help.
