| ClearType changes that way text appears on your computer. Text looks sharper and easier to the eyes. To turn it on, go to the control panel, double-click on display, in the APPEARANCE tab, choose Effects. Make sure the "Use the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts" option is checked and choose "ClearType" from the drop-down menu. That's it!
