How fast do you type?

A new blog entry has been added:

How fast do you type?

Quote:
After playing with my new slate, and training the TIP, I became curious if my writing is faster than typing. See if you can beat the handwriting conversion.

Well, that was interesting. I don't think I've ever seen anyone write that quickly! I found out that I'm very slow at writing--much slower than you--and very fast at typing. I typed the sentence much more quickly than the example wrote. Soo...I think I'll continue to want a keyboard.

But can you draw a picture in the middle of typing?

Very good point. Overall, though, I think my word power is much greater than my artistic power. I can see where an option to draw would come in handy at times. I really don't want to give up the speed of my typing though. Hmm...I think I'll have to go with both a slate and a keyboard on my dream machine.
