This happened after I restarted my computer, my TIP wont recognize handwriting AT ALL. Also, I have tried just hitting insert, and nothing happens. PLEASE HELP!!!

P.S. I know that the recognizer still works because in one note, I can write something and hit convert it to text, and it works.
P.S.S. I have included a ZIP with a movie demonstrating this problem!

Would you please provide us some more details. Thank you for adding a movie but because of challenges with viruses, etc, I do not want to open your file.

What is the model of the Tablet PC? What is the version of the Operating System? Did the TIP ever work? What have you done to try to resolve the problem? What else can you tell us to help us diagnose the problem?

My Tablet PC is a model Fujitsu Lifebook T4210 Convertible. I am using WINXPTablet 05. The TIP has worked for about 4 months now. I have tried using system restore, but to no avail. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstallig the upgrade TIP pack from microsoft, and that didn't help at all.
