This Preview includes performance enhancements and new features being released with Microsoft Office OneNote™ 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1) later this year. With these product improvements, you can take notes and share information more effectively—at your desk, in a meeting, or on the road.

Looks like they added a lot of new things to OneNote:

Copy notes from a Microsoft Windows® Mobile™-based Pocket PC or Smartphone.
Record video notes.
Import meeting details from Outlook.
Password-protect and encrypt notebook sections.

And many others.

Actually, I downloaded and installed OneNote a couple of days after I got the Tablet PC. I'm still using the Trial version but I am definitely sold. I'll probably purchase it just before the trial period runs out.

I would like to download the SP1 Preview to have all of the nice, neat features they have added, but I'm going to wait a little longer to make sure they have most of the major bugs worked out.
