| Regional Sales - Mobile Growth greater than desktop It comes as no surprise that the mobile market is outgrowing the desktop market. Mirroring recent buying trends, labtop and tablet PC sales again outpaced the growth of desktops. According to Gartner, regional notebook shipments grew 47 percent while desktops witnessed an 11 percent increase. So, what is a labtop? Err. It's a laptop -- which is an old term for the notebooks.
