Naperville, IL Today Riverwalkmobile.com relaunched the WiFi Hotspot Directory, a database covering public wireless internet access locations throughout the United States and Canada.

“There are quite a few websites that provide HotSpot locations, but we fill the need of the user who wants to go online when they are offline” commented Art Nicholas, Publisher of the WiFi Hotspot Directory.

The WiFi HotSpot Directory has been greatly enhanced in its version 2.0 launch including over one thousand new hotspots as well as including support for Tablet PCs, desktop PCs but also, Palm OS, PocketPC, Symbian OS and even iPod devices.

“We looked at the devices wifi users choose to store important information and decided to support a broad spectrum of devices” explained Nicholas.

The WiFi Hotspot Directory is delivered each month via email including updated locations provided by leading WiFi providers. The Directory updates include helpful tips for users to get more productivity out of the HotSpot experience.

“Our goal is to make using WiFi Hotspots less of an adventure and more of an extension of their wired internet experience. To this end, we’ll be gaining feedback from subscribers and sharing ideas with HotSpot providers so that they can improve their service” stated Mr. Nicholas
