| Global eScience Business Focus Letter to Stockholders - Global eScience Business Focus CARSON CITY, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 21, 2004--This letter is to give our stockholders a more detailed account of the Company's current status. Global eScience has accomplished much in our last several months of operation, to include increasing our assets by $5.7 million through acquisitions. This letter gives a detailed account of the three major areas that make up the focus of the Company's Business Plan, the areas of focus are - Communications, Content, and Manufacturing. Communication -- Our tablet PC notebook will have 802.11 embedded wireless capabilities, GPS and voice over internet protocol. This revolutionary tablet PC will be a heavy duty commercial/industrial product. Engineering is in process of evaluating time and materials to stay within our time line of a completed product by the end of our first fiscal quarter. This time line completes our first order commitment to the Petro locations in Fargo and Minot, North Dakota. With the end user in mind, we will customize notebook models to specific requirements, making it "plug and play" when they are purchased. Content -- The 42" multi-media plasma screens will maximize the focus of adding an additional revenue stream to the acquired entertainment company in western Wisconsin. With this latest technology, the screens have the capability of offering sight and sound advertising, picture in picture and picture by picture television, as well as banner ticker information to include "public service" announcements. We will also offer streaming video and conferencing options. With this equipment addition, we are projecting added net revenue of $100,000 per month, within this fiscal year. The Company has realized a $2.5 million bottom line asset for the acquisition of the equipment and leases of the entertainment company. Manufacturing -- With the purchase of the Kansas City manufacturing facility, the Company has an asset purchase value of $3.2 million (this includes real estate, equipment and existing inventory). With this facility, we will offer vertical integrated design, engineering and manufacturing. The facility operates a high-speed printed circuit board assembly line, injection molding equipment, and a wide variety of high-technology prototyping tools. We can design, engineer, and build custom hardware prototypes as well as produce models for applications to customer specifications. Our intention to create alliances with companies who control or compete effectively in the device markets that they serve. To utilize the equipment in the plant, we are in negotiation with like companies, who have excess manufacturing capacity needs, to lease the manufacturing line during our design and implementation phase. These contracts would be two fold: 1) to bring revenue to the Company while in its design and engineering stage 2) creating relationships with like companies to create future business. The company doing the production in our facility would have control of their production needs, while maintaining their quality control requirements, rather than having to out source to meet their product demands. Our engineer would oversee the running of the equipment during the time that the production was being done. Profile: The Company provides business class enterprises and discriminating consumers with fixed and wireless high-speed communication, content for advertising and entertainment, and equipment manufacture.
