AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 12, 2004--Motion Computing has initiated a partnership program to encourage the development of third-party software and hardware products for tablet PCs. The partnership program, unique in its scope, is available to independent software and hardware vendors (ISVs and IHVs) that have or are developing products aimed at driving the acceptance of ink-enabled computing across a broad spectrum of industries. According to IDC, a leading market research firm, tablet PC sales will more than double in 2004.
