Xplore Technologies Corp. (TSX: XPL) (the "Company" or "Xplore"), a leading international developer, producer and distributor of rugged mobile computer systems, announced today the completion of the previously announced financing with Phoenix Venture Fund LLC ("Phoenix"). Xplore issued 10% secured convertible debentures (the "Debentures") in the aggregate principal amount of U.S. $5 million and share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") to acquire up to 9.1 million common shares ("Common Shares") of the Company. Xplore also announced today the conversion by Wistron Corporation of U.S. $1.3 million, of engineering services previously provided to the Company, into approximately 3.0 million Common Shares.
