| Fujitsu's Stylistic ST5010 Fujitsu's Stylistic ST5010 presents prestige on a big screen Fujitsu's sleek Stylistic slate form factor combines style and performance that is guaranteed to draw attention Singapore, 9 January 2004 - Fujitsu PC Asia Pacific today launched the Stylistic ST5010, currently the only 12.1" slate tablet PC capable of 1000/100/10Mbps Ethernet data transmission speeds and supporting 802.11a/b/g wireless LAN standards. The Stylistic ST5010 is powered by Intel® Centrino™ Mobile technology, using a Pentium® M processor 1GHz (ULV) to allow optimum performance and battery life. It offers more efficient access to memory intensive applications - drawing on up to 2GB memory support with DDR333 modules. The Stylistic ST5010 also offers superior security features for data and hardware protection. With four locks and a dedicated Smart Card slot, the ST5010 has one of the most sophisticated security systems in the tablet PC market. Mr Raymond Foo, Associate Director, Marketing, Fujitsu PC Asia Pacific, said: "The Stylistic ST5010 comes with a BIOS lock, hard disk lock for data confidentiality, a Stylistic lock with password-access to power up or resume from suspend/hibernate mode and an anti-theft lock. A Smart Card feature provides additional, customised protection for the ST5010." "Fujitsu has gone to great lengths to ensure the Stylistic ST5010 looks as good as it performs. The sleek metallic finish offsets the large viewing area with a minimal frame width. The ST5010's design is also extremely durable, offering a shock-mounted hard disk for resistance against drops and knocks." With a long battery life of up to 5 hours and newly designed buttons that allow it to be operated with just one hand, the Stylistic ST5010 greatly extends executives' productivity and enhances efficiency. "A MS/SD slot also enhances convenience and efficiency by allowing fast, direct transfers of data from external devices such as digital cameras and PDAs," Mr Foo concluded.
