Gray market products include, yet are not limited to:

Products sold outside of the manufacturers distribution system,
Products intended to ship in one region and exported to another region by an outside party
Stolen products,
Products dumped by an OEM or authorized distributor,
"overclocked" and "remarked" - or sold as different from how manufacturer intended,refurbished/ reconditioned / re-newed, or counterfeit.
