We'll continue to see anouncements regarding price drops for the first half of this year. For example, this article states "the prices for Edge tablet PC have been reduced from Rs 69,900 to Rs 64,900."

Price drops are good news for the market. This particular price drop should spur sales in India for this unit. Other companies have followed suit all across the globe.

I can't wait for the day when there is no pricing delta between a notebook and a tablet pc. Ah, that would be perfect conditions for the TPC.
