Pretty useful tool for researching propoerties if you're into real estate. Nextel has wireless broadband going here, so you pull up to a property in your car and access all the online county tax records and real estate data right on the spot. Great deals can be found but it's the early bird that gets the worm. The tablet just makes the bird a bit quicker!
