Well, the pace at which technology is progressing is exponential to say the least. Some would argue that it is actually regressing! Well, we use to use pen and paper after many years of advancement from papyrus. Something us computer people would term "A human activity." This was quickly replaced by "word processors" i.e. we took a human activity such as writing with a pen and paper and turned it to word processing, because once we got the words into 0's and 1's i.e. bits and bytes and wobbly what's it not, we could manipulate it in all kinds of ways to our hearts content. You know, things like underline, bold, italic, sort etc. etc.

Anyway, the point to all this is that we now have Tablet PC's which many predict will replace today's laptops. We have been experimenting with one in fact a HP 1100 and you read all about it here: http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/tabletpc/
