Question Cursor redirect to taskbar

Here is the problem I have been experiencing for some time:

When I am using a microsoft USB mouse with my Motion Computing M1400 (drivers current) the cursor will unexpectedly redirect to the lower right-hand corner and "jiggle" around there. It will sometimes cause the clock page to open on the desktop. It may "jiggle" there for 3-5 seconds and then enable me to control it again. This may happen literally dozends of times and result in multiple open windows from the taskbar...all on their own. If I am using the pen on the tablet itself, this does NOT happen.

I have all the most current drivers installed and have the most recent antivirus, antispyware, etc.

Any ideas for a "fix" to this vexing problem?
