I'm getting a msg. when I start my pc rthdcpl.exe illegal system dll relocation. Can somebody help?

This may be from an April Microsoft update.

MS07-017: Vulnerability in GDI could allow remote code execution

To fix, download Realtek drivers and apply the hotfix.
