Question SODIMM Pin count question for TC4200

So I got myself a TC4200 and I find that the system is much slower then I expected even with 512 mb of pre installed ram.

I decided to now upgrade my ram but I'm having trouble determining if the tablet takes SODIMMs with 200 pins or 240 pins. How do I check? There is no actual removable RAM otherwise I'd pop it out and read what type it is. Any suggestions? As far as I know it's DDR2 4200 (533 MHz) an that's about all I know about the RAM.

Thanks for your help.
