Hey,

When I try to hibernate the TX1000, the screen shuts off but often nothing else happens - i have to manually shut it off by holding down the power button. I sent a couple of emails to HP Support and I did the following things as they recommended:
-Reinstalled NVIDIA display driver
-Updated BIOS
-Reinstalled Power Management
-Updated BIOS again

Their final suggestion was to format the computer, which I'm hoping I won't have to do.

Also, I think the same thing happens when I try shut down the computer. I'm not sure because I never really shut down, I just hibernate. I think it happened once.

Any suggestions? TIA
