I have a Toshiba tablet with a hardware button that when pushed will change the orientation of the screen. Even though I use the tablet more often with a monitor, I have yet been able to default the screen orientation to start up in the orientation associated with a remote monitor. Also, the hardware button doesn't always respond as expected. My first priority is to find out if there is an alternative to the hardware button such as a key combination or function key that would perform the same function. Any help would be appreciated.
