Unhappy Gateway CX210s and Flash

I have a Gateway CX210s convertible on the way and just found out some disturbing news:
I have heard rumors that because this system uses fine point technology instead of wacoms penabled technology that there are issues running Flash and Photoshop with pen sensitivity.

I know that a patch has been released solving the pressure issue for Photoshop CS2, but does anyone know if this same issue exists for Flash and if there is a solution?

Hello, and welcome to the forums. I own a Gateway CX2610 but do not use either applications on it. This is more of a Word / OneNote machine. Yet, you are correct that the digitizer is not a Wacom and pen sensitivity is discussed among Photoshop users. When you receive the unit, you may want to test this out immediately and make a decision whether the sensitivity is acceptable. Please let us know.
