Help - unable to switch languages by log on

Hello All,

I'm using Table PC (Fujitsu Simens ST5031D) and faced the problem:
I have two different languages installed and due my work I use Russian (the System default is English), but when PC gets locked and after that I try to unlock it, I cannot change language back to English using virtual keyboard.

The problem can be resolved only by shutting down and re-logon.

Please help to resolve it
