Well, I’m still only using Journal. That’s right. This whole Journal thing is working for me. I really thought I’d miss little things about OneNote after using it all semester, especially after using the new OneNote all semester with all the new features. Did I slip and hit my head at some point this week? No, I’m not going crazy, I just realized a few things that are important to a student:

1. Stability
2. Flexibility
3. Familiarity
4. Simplicity

Yep, you nailed it for me, Tracy. I give priority to these four principles in using my computers. I guess that's the conservative teacher in me, but I like to know with some degree of confidence that I won't have to redo something because of a software bug, or my inept use of feature controls.

Anyway, thanks for letting me know I'm not the only one who uses Journal. The rest of my family may use Journal sometimes, but in general they've gone on to OneNote, etc.
