Lora posted an insightful proposal about how retirement centers can incorporate Tablet PCs and other mobile and fixed electronic devices to assist older people.

She concludes with a quote from an independent senior citizen. My uncle John said it well, "when I'm not mobile any longer, the PC is my window to the world."

Then, she asks, What do you want your world to be like?

Yes, she had to remind us that we, too, each will qualify for retirement center living sooner than we expect.

I want at least the electronic arrangements she proposes. That's more important than the hot tubs and luxuries. How about you or your relatives?
