Guy Baker completed a V1.0 of a
Tablet PC handwriting program called
“Herbi Writer”.
The aim is to help people learn how to handwrite. ... I’ve got feedback from someone who trains OTs and teaches students with disabilities such as autism, and she feels the program’s going to be very useful.
Baker asks that anyone who wants changes made to the program to let him know. He plans to incorporate better sets of sample letters, to fix bugs and to tweak settings over the coming months as well as to enhance future versions of Herbi Writer in additional ways.
Kudos, Guy, for the release. We share your reviewers optimism of Herbi assisting students with disabilities.
Thanks,
