Open Educational Resources (OER) Commons offers thousands of free teaching and learning modules, lectures, notes, syllabi, articles, etc. I did not find an index that identifies smarter programs in this mass of lists and links, for example those resources that use speech to text, hand writing to text, and other features available on mobile PCs and other machines that use Vista. Hopefully, site managers will add this index for those of us who like using Tablet PCs, Ultra Mobile PCs, and other smarter machines.
