The MacArthur Foundation offers a list of intriguing titles about Digital Media, Learning & Education. Funded projects range from support of operations to long term studies, to two-three year ventures to clarify a specific issue. The MacArthur list is but one example that elearning in schools exists on an emerging foundation of reasoned, tested procedures and methods.
