Kevin Jarrett recently posted a selection of excerpts from tech support calls. Don't know if these are true, but they are consistent with thousands of such calls we received over the years from harried, confused, and usually sincere PC users.

Tech support: Click on the ‘my computer’ icon on to the left of the screen.
Customer: Your left or my left?

From the distance of a blog post, these are funny and bring smiles and chuckles of familiarity. I think I'm guilty of some of callers' thinking (or lack thereof) at more times than I want to admit. It's good to see I'm still not alone!
