Customizing Microsoft Ink to plot X, Y, Pressure programmatically

I recently bought LCD Wacom STU-500 and I want to profit from the power and quality of Microsoft Ink. Unfortunately, the LCD Wacom is not recognized by Microsoft Ink but Wacom provide their own SDK to deal with it.
My question is, is it possible to draw the Pen points collected by Wacom SDK on the Microsoft Ink Panel?
