Presuming the fingerprint interface on some Tablet PCs is extensible does
the framework have classes which are used to capture the fingerprint of a
customer "signing" a contract?

That's gonna be specific to the manufacturer of the fingerprint device. I
don't believe there is a common API for that but maybe there is. Either way
it's not a part of the Tablet PC SDK. And if your tablet has authentication
software already installed like Omnipass, then it's likely that the device
will be locked exclusively by that application.
