| Framework 1.1 and Tablet PC Issue Hi, I've developed a web page in ASP.Net. There is a Windows User Control emmbeded in this page that was developed with Framework 1.1. I understood that the users have to have Framework 1.1 installed on their machines to make this control work. The page works fine with any laptop or usual computer but fails to work with any Tablet PC. I've checked and the Framework is intalled on the Tablet PC's. Is the framework for tablet pc different from usual framework? Should the control be compiled in another version of the framework? Thanks, Ioana |

| Re: Framework 1.1 and Tablet PC Issue Maybe Tablets have 2.0 and 1.1, that is a problem? Framework 1.1 is same no matter what supported OS you install it with..!! | Re: Framework 1.1 and Tablet PC Issue The different versions of .NET are not related. They do different things, according to how a program is written and addressing different aspect. .NET 2.0 is NOT an "upgrade" to the 1.x version, just as 3.0 is not an upgrade to 2.x. -- Chris H.
